McDonald's — Restaurant in Melbourne

Decent food and wait times for a busy store, been a few times this past couple of weeks and twice received chips without salt (no issue for myself, but my son was disappointed) no offer of sauce for nuggets, items missing from order all 3 times, sons happy meal missing toy 2/3 times also.. The attitudes of the staff are disgraceful, saw 2 of them bickering and being nasty to each other over chips on Monday afternoon, really not impressed overall! My suggestion would be to bring in staff that are a little friendlier towards each other and maybe even staff that will crack a smile at a customer. Understandably a busy store, but being in the children’s hospital, there’s people visiting who are in a dark place and/or baring the weight of their/their children’s world and illness on their shoulders... it is not nice to feel like you’re being a nuisance for ordering a meal, when the stores sole purpose is to provide fast food to customers, we have enough going on. Send the whole team to do McDonalds training and especially the managers . At least the staff tried to understand. I bought a family Meal and paid extra for fish fillet.. they have 3 in stock and I took 1 cheese Tomato sandwich. I realised that I am not getting value for my money. So I questioned that I am loosing 4 dollars here . I was actually looking for a courtesy and could have walk away with any option. Instead she started explaining that the whole price of fillet is not charged in the meal and I actually got a discount. The quality of service and food varies each time depending on the staff. Sometimes the whipped cream and chocolate on the frappe are unbelievably messy and skimpy.
