McDonald's — Restaurant in Melbourne

It's a McDonald's, and probably one of the cleanest and most looked after McDonald's restaurants I've been to in recent times. The only cleanliness issue I saw was that one of the internal bins was overflowing with McRubbish, but the uptick in cleanliness doesn't make up for the poor behaviours of this restaurant's staff. It is just such a pity and a sad shame that the staff are so very rude, arrogant and blatantly disrespectful to the customers. I approached the counter and proceeded to detail my order to a female cashier and as I was doing this, some incident was occurring at that same moment in the drive through section. As I was half way through my order, the cashier rudely interrupted me and cut me off mid sentence with a loud and firm "WAIT" so that she could rubber neck over into the drive through section to see what was happening there. Exasperated, but waiting quietly and patiently, I waited to proceed with my order but she boldly ignored me. Eventually after she seemed satisfied that whatever was occurring in the drive through, that was none of her business and didn't concern her or the 5 other staff milling around (including the manager), the female cashier decided that she would do me a favour and she started to re-engage with me to take the rest of my order. Seriously, how hard does it have to be to be a customer at McDonald's? I'm here to spend money and make a purchase, not here to be involved in some sort of psychodrama. I waiting several minutes to be served, I had to drive to the window to place my order. It was completely wrong and the manager yelled at me to park to the side even though it was wrong. I explained to a worker it was still wrong and she was polite and went to get it fixed. The manager came out and told me I got what I paid for, and I explained to her that she yelled at me to park and it’s still wrong. She made me pay a $1 for the difference which would be fine but the service afterwards was appalling!!! She still put through my burger with cheese which I had said SEVERAL times because I cannot eat cheese. I had to go into the store and ask that they make sure there is no cheese because it was not put through correctly and this highly rude manager grabbed the burger and walked off swearing into the kitchen. I tried to tell her I had asked it with no cheese originally and she very aggressively yelled at me and said “can’t you see i’m busy!”. I finally got my burger and it had little lettuce and sauce everywhere! This service was absolutely disgusting and that manager should be ashamed for the way she spoke to me!! I...

Went through the drive though and ordered on the app. Received my meal however my sauce was not in the bag. Drove back around to ask for this nicely which I was then sent to the second window where the manager came, VERY RUDE. Asked me what my order is over n over (mind you this is for a forgotten sauce), I then told her it was the app order in which she then said she PACKED MY SAUCE. Insisted it was in there (screaming this at me) I then argued back and showed my meal in her face that it was not where she THEN started accusing me of lying about a 65Cent SAUCE. I then gave her my phone to tap and said to her that the 65cents did not bother me and that I will just pay EVEN THOUGH they are the ones that forgot my sauce and then accused me of lying about it on top. she then proceeded to tell me she will take my phone to tap (took my phone went and tapped it inside) came back and threw the sauce packet in my face through my car window. Disgusting behaviour from a manager. I am appalled by this service over a packet of 65cents sauce. Never experienced something like this...
