NEVER AGAIN!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

I am not someone who complaints about restaurant but the customer service is extremely bad here. First of all, the waitress takes right orders but delivers the wrong item. when pointed it out, the waitress took it back to change but the chef came up to the table and rudely said she cant talk back after its eaten. We just had a spoon of it, not realising it was a wrong noodle. For someone who does not eat beef/pork i was very specific with the order. Yet got served wrong item and on top the chef wouldn't admit the mistake was from their part even though the waitress apologised. Last time we ordered take away from Ipoh was about 2 years ago. The food was ordinary back then but we thought we'd give it another try. I wish we hadn't Take away items ordered were Plain Roti Canai, bbq Honey Pork, Sesame Prawn toast and the Phuket Cashew Chicken. The Roti was so dry and the satay sauce that was served as a side was nothing but spicy water. We couldn't eat the pork because once again, it was so dry and chewy. As for the prawn toast it was dreadful. Two very, very dry pieces of toast topped with sesame seeds and barely any prawn meat. Finally, the chicken was very underwhelming. Bland and flavourless.
