Worst Mecca's ever! Went for a drive thru Sunday breakfast with the kids (we were out and about) and had the worst experience. Firstly, the service was woeful from the window. The screen didn't work, so the prices weren't displayed at the talk box. So for 3 egg and bacon breakfasts it was 'apparently' $30! When this was queried and changed at the window, the girl had no idea how to fix it (I had to change my order). Then I had to wait for the order to come to the delivery window. Everything was ok with the food, but my McCafe coffee smelt funny. I asked my daughter of I could smell perfume. She said 'Yes'. So the person the made my coffee had enough perfume on that it covered my coffee lid on its smell! But then the worst thing was discovered. As I couldn't drink the coffee with the perfume smell, I asked my daughter to take the lid off. That's when I discovered the coffee had dead ants all through it! I would recommend that you never visit this...

Waited five minutes to place my order. When attendant processed my order they did not offer the dine in option and didn’t offer value meal. After placing the order the staff member raced out the back. I continued to wait as a receipt was not given to me. Approximately five minutes later a duplicate receipt was provided. It took ten minutes for my meal to be available. The manager called out “Big Mac” assuming it was my meal I enquired whether it was my combo meal. So unprofessional. Waiting for my meal I noticed all tables had clearly been wiped with a dirty cloth as a film of food or some other scum was smeared across the tables. Seats had food debris. The toilet is a disgrace and not fit for human use. I would not recommend this...

We went through drive through around 3pm on a Thursday on the way to an appointment and my son was really hungry. We both purchased a mcsmart meal.

Quick service, drive through was not busy, burgers were good, nuggets a bit cold and dry so had to eat those first. It served the purpose, fast food, filled our stomach and wasn’t a huge detour on the way to our appointment which was great.

Staff were every helpful and accomodating when my son changed his drink order (before it was made) gave us extra napkins when requested and pleasant on collection of food. The order was correct (my son has some changes to his burger) and they were fresh.

Good experience compared to other stores...
