The food is mouth watering, not to mention the food is super comforting if you have had a stressful week.

The ingredients are of the finest quality with no extra charges to your plate or bowl, leaving you well nourished and energised to tackle a busy day or a busy week ahead.

The food is the definition of soul food.

For all you who don’t believe in souls doing it for the gram or for those that enjoy photography the food is very pleasing to the eye whilst not sacrificing the taste one bit.

In the photo is the very tasty mouth watering, I could eat that meal every day mushroom toast add avocado and extra mushrooms.

You really don’t need to add extra mushrooms the serving sizes are very generous for the quality and affordable pricing of the food, I just really like mushrooms.

They have a large variety of plant based options if you are into that for health reasons or you genuinely love all animals not just cats and dogs.

In summer the smoothie bowls are my go to.

In winter I like to indulge in their raw treats.

To top it all of the owner actually works there to and he has to be the friendliest most caring person towards his staff, his staff are never unhappy and you can tell they love working here.

So please support his small local businesses and his lovely staff.

This place is a vibe for any occasion.

I didn't order a whole lot from here but my friend ordered the beans on toast dish (don't remember the actual name) and the flavours were great, good mixture of textures and the quantity was far too much for both of us to finish but that didn't matter because the staff took the leftovers away and brought it back in a takeaway box for us which was a nice touch. I ordered the Black juice which when it came out I am not going to lie looked pretty intimidating and not all that appetising but it was new to me so I thought I would give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised with the strong Apple flavour overpowering the chalkiness of the charcoal and the coconut water adding a lighter touch to make it a lot thinner and juice-like rather than the charcoal thickening it as I would imagine it would do without it. Although I ended up making a mess of the charcoal powder that was sprinkled on the top of the drink I would order it again. The staff were very helpful when we asked lots of questions about the menu as my friend is Gluten free and vegan and they assured us everything she ordered was free of her the subjects of intolerances and dietary needs. FOOD: I ordered the Activated Charcoal Smoothie Bowl and it was so special! I added granola, Cocowhip and peanut butter (of course). I usually would get a peanut butter bowl with extra peanut butter 🤪 But I decided to try a little something different today 🤗 The bowl was blended really well and I’m so glad it didn’t have random ice chunks like some bowls do 😰 The granola was alot and more like just nuts than granola, the cocowhip was really special and of course, the peanut butter was great!
