Mubble Icecream Rye — Restaurant in Melbourne

Was highly disappointed with my visit today. I’ve come here a bunch of times but today the older women who is possibly the manager was extremely rude toward my partner and I.

We waited 15 minutes which is fine as it was after school hours etc, and she was well aware we were waiting. She actively chose to try to serve the family behind us, even after saying sorry we were next she attempted to continue to serve the family behind.

To then receive a very rude approach when going to order & the order being wrong in the end including the wrong cone (waffle instead of plain) and it being broken. I was quite annoyed by the interaction and didn’t bother saying anything because she clearly was in a mood. When I first ordered I had asked for a kids plain cone and she went silent for a bit and then said ‘well what do you want a cone or a cup’ and again I said a kids plain cone please! I actually looked at my partner and questioned if it was just me who noticed how rude she was being, to then have the family behind us say no we noticed it too she’s been nice to everyone but extremely rude toward you!

I get it was busy, but having waited for 15 minutes we were able to watch the staff work and could see how her persona changed when serving us. She was especially nice to a family with young children infront of us, and like I said tried to ignore that we were waiting, to try skip to the next family ! Things like this make people not want...

Not accommodating. We have been to Muddle before. We even recommended friends. We had Friday night cravings. We also thought it was the best time to go to avoid crowds. We drove 1 hour to get there. Got there 40 minutes before closing time. The sorbets were already put away even though the store was still open for another 40 minutes. Some of us are allergic to dairy products. We kindly asked if sorbets were still available. Staff immediately responded by refusing to take out the sorbets. Bad attitude from staff. We immediately felt unwelcome to be there. Lady was passively impolite. We were very upset. We knew what flavours we wanted too because we have been before. If going to pack up early should have publicly mentioned on site, so people don't rock up and get disappointed. Never had to give a 1 star rating before. Lucky Sorrento store was close by and ran the place properly. Sorrento store did the right thing. Very...

The weather was so hot today that I wanted to drink a cold drink. I just stopped by to drink coffee near the beach. I ordered iced latte and iced long black. The ice long black wasn't cool at all, just warm, and all the ice melted right after it was handed. So I asked the staff if she could give me some more ice. And she said with a very rude tone and expression that COFFEE IS HOT. Everyone knows for sure that the coffee is hot, but weren't you selling it? I saw the iced coffee on YOUR MENU. That's why I ordered it. DUH. Coffee is hot? I don't know if I'm stupid or the staff is stupid. I think it will remain a very good memory in Melbourne, so I leave a review like this :) Thank you verrrrrry much for coffee...
