ย ย ย Read morehorrible service, the worker asked if my partner and i wanted to share a table with random customers or wait for a smaller table. we opted to wait and she quoted us 10-15 minutes. it was pouring rain so we went next door to buy a drink while we waited and came back in 5 minutes and watched her make eye contact with us and then seat a couple. we figured maybe she forgot so we waited again and saw she let her co worker know about us and then she walked off. i thought she remembered and wanted to let her co worker know to seat us next but then we watched her co worker seat yet again ANOTHER couple. so i came up to them and asked how much longer our table would be, the co worker said because of the line itll be another 20 minutes (insinuating that we should go to the back of the line) and i let her know that we came before and one of the other workers said shell seat us when the table became available and she said that the worker couldnt find us so our table was given to the next person. understandable if she told us to wait 5 minutes and we didnt come back in time but they were horrible and not understanding whatsoever. once again it was pouring rain (30/11/2023 pls check for yourself if you dont believe me) and i had a bad day (going to a funeral and other family problems) and this was just the cherry on top. mind you i remained completely calm and nice to the workers as i know myself how hard it is working in hospitality.
moral of the story, fix your workers attitude and train them better on how to...

REVIEW: ๐๏ธ I really enjoyed the traditional approach of Musashi Ramen. In a city where you have a lot of creative takes on a classic, eating out of a traditional ramen ladle hits different. The ladle lets you eat at pace and safely to let you manage how much soup you're bringing in to your mouth (minimises potential splash damage)! ๐
๐ท The soy braised in particular at Musashi Ramen has an unapologetic layer of fat. Fat means flavour to me, so I was obsessed with this cut! For those looking for leaner meat, this may not be the flavour at Musashi Ramen for you. The ramen noodles were perfectly cooked with a little spring. The spice in the broth left a warm feeling on my tongue - a perfect amount of spice. ๐ถ๏ธ Gobo (burdock) chips are great to either dip in your ramen broth or snack on with the accompanying sauce!
The tables are close together but not enough where I can hear the conversation next to me. The atmosphere has the casual warmness of an izakaya perfectly with the wooden tones and the fun decor. ๐ฎ Perfect for a casual after work catch up...
