Went to this shisha café recently — the shisha itself was pretty average, nothing special. What really ruined the experience though was the guy at the counter. He acted like we owed him money or something. Had his AirPods in the whole time, barely paid attention to us. We had to call him 3-4 times just to get basic service.

We asked him politely if he could lower the volume of the music (which, by the way, was just random non-copyright tracks you'd expect in a YouTube background video), but he completely ignored it and left it blasting.
