First, I got to say the fried fish was great but the problem is we had to wait for nearly 30 minutes with our daughter, it was already 8.30 pm for our dishes. We actually had to ask the girl to check our order. People who came after us already have a few dishes. Also, we ordered meatballs, which is entree, dish did not arrive untill we nearly finish our meal, again we have to ask the girl to check this order. they said it would come up soon. After a while, we asked again, but they suspected all the dishes had already come up and brought out the order in front of us to count. This is so offensive. Later on, she told us that we could not have our meatballs cause it ran out. I was thinking to get the refund back. It's really unacceptable. They almost forgot our dessert, too. worst experience... we paid $112 for 2 adults and a child. Others only ordered 1 noodle soup. This is not the experience that a family would like to have for a Friday evening. Will...

Biggest gripe of this place is that they don't offer many affordable options of dishes that come with rice. So apart from fried rice and noodles dishes, most curries and stir fries you had to order a rice separately for $3. And this is on top of a $18 to $25 dish. Very unusual pricing model and menu compared to other Thai restaurants.

Pad Thai was actually not bad but the menu format feels a little like price gouging. Is someone is just expected to eat a stir fry or curry on its own? If it's a main size then offer single portion size with rice.

Update 220825 Lard na for $19.90. Very much like a Malaysian wat tan hor. Some wok hei, good texture of noodles and gravy. Nice flavours. Side of chilli was strong too. Also offered at table sugar, chilli flakes, pickled green chilli and chilli in either soya sauce or fish sauce. Green chilli wasn't as spicy as the ones that came...

Will come back for: Pad Thai Thai Ice red tea

Came here looking for authentic Thai street food, and was not disappointed. This place serves no fuss, authentically tasting Thai street food at an affordable price point. We tried a few dishes, but the stand out for me was the Pad Thai. We also had the Laos spicy salad that was tasty and morish (but I wasn’t into the raw crabs - I will order the Thai version next time), the pork balls, and the beef noodle soup that was generous and tasty. The ice red tea was refreshing and cooling and complimented the food nicely. The staff were friendly and patient in explaining the menu to us and also very accomodating in tailoring the dishes to taste (I don’t like my Pad Thai too sweet). The menu was quite extensive and the place was cool and spacious and perfect for a big group. Will definitely be back to try out some of the...
