Normally I do not find the patience and time to write reviews over Google. But this occasion has compelled me! So here’s my experience at this place vs all the raving reviews around. Dined in on a Saturday evening as a single table occupant. The restaurant only offers outdoor seating and it was full. To note: there was no waiting. I ordered an appetizer (Chk Malai Tikka), a main course (Tadkewali Dal) and a Chili Paratha. I was told that the order would take 25 mins. This was the standard narrative, to which I said that I am ok to wait but I need my food to arrive together. 30 mins later, only the appetizer arrived. When I asked for the remaining food, I was told that they wanted to get “something” on the table and rest of the food would take another 20 mins. I reminded the server of the agreement made. Also reminded that I intended to eat the Paratha with the Chk appetizer. I did not touch the food. Server came back saying it would take another 5 mins. In the chilly outdoor weather (no heaters provided), the appetizer went cold. No sign of apologies. 2 servers managing and running around like headless chicken, no guests waiting though. After the food arrived, I noticed that no pickles/onions were offered (unlike other tables) The cold appetizer had unequal pieces of chicken. The larger pieces were fully bland inside, had a pinkish tinge and smelled raw/rotten. The dal was also bland with no sign of tadka The Chilli paratha had no chilies- only coriander. So the miserable customer service was topped by rotten, bland and below average food. There was no offer to ask the customer if they wanted any dessert. Just basic lack of warmth and hospitality. When I went down to bill my table, I was asked by the Indian lady in a heavy Punjabi-Brit “fake” accent- “everything alright?”- well I didn’t answer as she just wanted me to pay and go anyway… I will not recommend this restaurant to any Indian guests who would be expecting authenticity in service as well as flavours. This place is blacklisted for me.

Wonderful Birthday Experience with a Thoughtful Touch! I recently celebrated my birthday at 3 Brothersss Indian restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The ambiance was nice ,The menu had a fantastic variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and specially the garlic naan and we asked them to make our food extra spicy and it totally met our expectations… What made this evening even more memorable was the birthday gift from the restaurant—a beautiful pen which was also a phone stand and a touch screen pen and a birthday card . This thoughtful gesture truly touched our hearts. It showed that they genuinely care about their customers The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The staff was attentive, polite, and made sure we had everything we needed. It's rare to find such excellent Indian food these days I can’t thank 3 brothersss Indian restaurant enough for making my birthday special with their delicious food, great atmosphere and a thoughtful gift. I highly recommend 3 brothersss Indian restaurant , we will definitely coming back

I have been a regular customer of 3 brothersss and a fan since I moved to the city 2 years ago. The folks there are great (Hi Chandni, if youre reading this), the food was fresh, I often just ordered roti frequently which was big and warm. I feel compelled to write a new review and withdraw my 5 star rating for many reasons: 1. The recent price hike means I am buying just 2 roti for $8. 2. The rotis are small and burnt. I gave the benefit of doubt twice, but not the third time it was burnt. 3. A picture of the $12 aloo tikki I bought yesterday is attached. That's the entire portion. It fills just a bit more than half the box. I have seen a recent change of management. I don't recognize familiar faces. Is this the reason behind the sudden drop in quality and price hikes? This breaks my heart because I love 3 brothersss and the family owners. I miss the great portions and fresh affordable food. I am writing this review to bring to attention the sudden bad changes. I hope one of the family owners see this and investigate. I will not be ordering again for a while. I hope we can have the quality back again soon.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 3 Brothersss Indian Restaurant QVM Elizabeth Street, 513 Elizabeth St Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne VIC 3000, an Indian culinary gem that stands out as a beacon of excellence. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by an inviting ambiance and a warm, welcoming staff that set the tone for what turned out to be a memorable dining experience, Amazing team of staff from 3 BROSS

Ambiance: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The restaurant's have an outdoor seating with seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with traditional Indian street elements, creating an atmosphere that is both chic and culturally rich with indian music. The soft lighting and tasteful decor contribute to a comfortable and intimate setting, perfect for both casual dinners and special occasions.

Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service at 3BROSSS is impeccable. The staff is not only knowledgeable about the menu but also passionate about the cuisine they serve. Their attentiveness and willingness to cater to individual preferences add a personal touch to the dining experience, elevating it to a level of service rarely seen.

Culinary Delights: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Now, onto the main attraction – the food. Each dish served at 3BROSSS is a masterpiece that reflects the chef's dedication to authenticity and quality. The flavours are vibrant, the ingredients are fresh, and the presentation is nothing short of artistry.

Must-Try Dishes:

Butter Chicken: Tender pieces of chicken bathed in a velvety, rich tomato-based gravy – a heavenly blend of spices and cream that will leave your taste buds dancing.

Biryani: Fragrant, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, the biryani is a celebration of aromatic spices and perfectly seasoned rice. The choice of meat (or vegetables) is generous, making each bite a delightful experience.

Garlic Naan: A soft, pillowy bread infused with the robust flavor of garlic, served piping hot – the ideal accompaniment to any curry on the menu.

They are a lot to offer for Veg lovers as they prepare everything fresh - YES, you read it correctly. All FRESH

Overall, It made my day with a beautiful sunny day walk to VIC Market and a belly full of Indian food with a nice stroll back home walking, which was fun :)

Highly recommend 3BROSS a visit and trust me, its worth to wait 30 min on your orders

Wishing 3BROSSS a very Happy 2024 to...

I am person who always wants to try out new places if we are eating out and I have saved this place to my list for quite sometime as it took me nearly 50 mins to be there so I thought to try it ….on my sons bday and I am so glad I choose this day ! Best decision ever !

The food? So Authentic! Service - unmatchable Staff - outstanding! Care can be tasted in every bite !

There’s a freshness to every dish that really sets it apart. Due to some religious reasons we didn’t tried any meat items but it is now a must try next time always place for us so I know - next time will do ! Most places do give good food but there must be a WOW factor that makes that place outstanding….and I am sure you can’t go wrong with this place …….you get that distinct aroma of spices being sautéed fresh in oil. It’s one of those subtle things, but if you’ve had your share of curries, you’ll know what I mean. This place clearly cooks the dishes fresh before sending them out.

STARTERS - so perfectly cooked just right enough ! CURRIES- so flavourful; just so perfect to our taste . NAAN —— Freshly baked, fragrant, with a perfectly crisp bottom. Just right. The basmati rice is also worth mentioning — aromatic and cooked just right.

Service was exceptionally amazing! All the staff was really loving to work there that’s what I felt ! Icing of the cake for me was the special touch as you can see in the picture ! Like really ! I can’t thank you enough for it !

What really stands out is the respect they show through the food and what the customers are bringing itself. It’s rare to find a restaurant that still cooks this way — not just for efficiency or profit, but with actual care.

If I had to nitpick, maybe they could consider getting extra heater for winter. But honestly, that’s...
