Cold food arrived after an extended wait time. They must be a newish business finding their feet, it’s evident as soon as you walk into the venue. the staff members are at a loss as to what they are supposed to be doing that work there. My burgers was smaller than I remember them being and it was missing one of my chicken patties I’d added as an extra (paid extra) as was the request for chilli - Like seriously come on! It wasn’t seemingly busy or understaffed. I provided feedback to the app. that I ordered through & after multiple emaills I got a small amount of credit given to me as a voucher as compensation that will be spent elsewhere. Without doubt the team are very excited about the business and I’m sure they’ll work it out. With their keen attitude it will be improving daily Im sure. 'My advice? Get rid of 3 of the staff u had on and pay somone more with leadership qualitys and experiance...

Picture vs reality - this cost $11 and looked like slop compared to the menu photo. Not sure if it is the entirely the owners fault but the portion size is very small, I provided feedback and they said that there is nothing they can do about it.

It took a lot for me to go back here as the last time I went I had a horrendous experience, I had ordered online beforehand and was going to collect my order. When I got there they had me wait 10 mins before telling me that I had already collected my order! I spoke to the manager who accused me of already picking up my order and trying to get an extra meal! Drive thru, lady made me pay for the car behind me, then there was an issue, with giving me my money back. Mind you, the guy that was trying to give me my money back was very cold . Once they end up giving me my money, they were not apologetic they went on to realise I didn’t even have my order on the system even tho I ordered at the speaker. So I re-ordered got my food paid as I was leaving. I got my daughter to check that everything was in there. We realised we had a missing item had to turn the car went back told them proceeded to the window waited again.
