La Casa Nostra Deli — Restaurant in Melbourne

I walked into this deli and was browsing whilst I was on the phone, I was not being served whilst on the phone I was browsing the products on my own. The store person then approached me and said that I was being rude because I was on the phone while in store. How pathetic! What a silly thing to say. When was a law made that said not to be on your phone while shopping, the lady made me feel very uncomfortable so I left. I will obviously never return to this store because I do not want to be made to feel guilty whilst shopping. Pathetic customer service, the staff here should be taught a thing or two about what behaviour is acceptable and what behaviour isnt, and should also pride themselves in making the customer's who enter the store feel welcomed and...

Don’t take your dogs there as the owner abused my dog for marking his spot near the front door where other dogs have already been. It’s human nature for dogs to smell other dogs business and mark their territory. I would understand if it was inside but we are outside on public land. If she is worried about people eating outside don’t have tables to eat outside, with bird droppings, fumes of cars and rubbish bins everywhere. If I behave the way she did towards her it would have been harassment. Rude rude and plain RUDE!!! By the looks of the reviews and her responses to other comments I am not the only one she has been aggressive to!! And clearly gets her friends to applaud her bad behaviour in positive reviews....

OMG we are so pleased we discovered this gem today. We had a truely enjoyable experience. We have been travelling for 5wks from QLD & this is the best coffee hubby has had. Not to mention the foccaia we shared which was brought out cut & on 2 plates for us. Service amazing by everyone friendly professional to everyone that came in. I ordered chai lattee & was delighted when asked if I'd like powered or real. Of course I wanted real. And so so good. We will be back. So much yummie foods there & lovely ambience.....the music perfect. Lucky ...
