Feel really really over priced, I've got no clue what target market they're trying to hit but when you're ordering at the window, with staff that seem confused when you go off their script and you receive cold pulled pork in a stale bun... They're not hitting it. I ordered the pulled pork burger ($18), chips ($7) and a sprite ($4.5). The burger came out cold, despite watching sit under the salamander (which I don't know why they bother because the cheese wasn't even melted), which to me means pulled pork from the fridge. The portion of pork was pretty middling as well, I understand that meat is expensive but at least spread it out better and maybe loosen it up with some of the juices? The slaw in the burger was pretty tasteless, barely dressed but at least it was fresh, unlike the buns, which were stale and dry. It surprised me when I saw them carrying over a new bag, which was heavily covered in condensation, suggesting a trip through the freezer or that they were packed away hot, as properly frozen buns shouldn't taste stale. I'm not sure if it was old oil, letting the chips sit around too long or a bad batch but they were over salted and rubbery. For coming in on a Friday night around 7pm, I'd be expecting to still see the smoker running, with fresh pork and briskets coming out for whatever dinner rush there might be...

We booked the loft booths and vip room for an after party for a fundraiser lunch held at the MCG (75-100 people). The team was extremely accommodating, down to earth and easy to deal with - the venue was perfect. Live music was brilliant and the DJ was great. Drinks are very reasonably priced and there’s something for everyone. There’s a dance floor but there are quieter areas too. The venue looks good in pictures yet is still relaxed, smokers could smoke on the picnic tables after 8pm which was handy. The location is ideal for transport too. Definitely recommend- particularly if you’re looking for an after party venue close to the MCG. I also thought the security guys on the door were really polite and nice which isn’t always the case, particularly within the inner city. Resounding success…...

My partner and I stopped into Pinklemonade Bar in Richmond last night before our show at John Cain arena and were really impressed. I had the pulled pork burger with chips and salad, and my partner went for the chicken burger. Both meals were fresh, generous in size, and packed with flavour. The pulled pork was tender and perfectly seasoned, while the chicken burger had a great crunch and was cooked just right.

The sides were just as good—crispy chips and a fresh salad that balanced the meal nicely. The vibe of the place is wonderful and stylish, live music, great viewing of the screens if you're sports orientated making it a great spot for a casual date, catch-up or a party. Service was friendly and quick, which made the whole experience even better.
