Sharing my recent experience! Went there on a weekday afternoon. The staff in the front counter was very reasonable and polite took my order properly and i was handed the food with no wait time in about 2-4 mins. The issue i had was with the quality of food. I had one Rippa box and my friend had one burger box. Issues- The chicken pieces in both the boxes and the chicken patty in the burgers/rolls were hard as hell. They were not edible for humans. It was so hard to chew that i would not even offer it to dogs. Food Temperature was cold as-well. The bread 🥖 for Rippa thing was disgusting. The texture of bread. It was less of a bread and more of a puff pastry 🥐.
‘Red Rooster’ the name suggests that the place specialises in chicken. But the chicken was the worst. The prices of red rooster are almost same like KFC but i never had this experience in any KFC. I liked red rooster, i have nothing against it but for this specific location please check the quality standards.

We decided on chicken, and as we had driven past this Red Rooster many times before. As the little man was asleep in the back of the car we opted for the drive through.
The magic speaking box was quick to respond, so quick that we had not even reviewed the menu. Now my eyesight is pretty good but I struggled to read some of the items on the menu board. We ordered our meal and drove around to the window and paid the mystery voice behind the magic speaking box.
We received our meals after a few minutes , they were very hot and cooked fresh. The chips were amazing though the chicken burger and strips were okay.
Overall the meals meet our needs fairly quickly and we didn't have to get out of the car into the cold air. The staff member was polite and went about his job

Read moreI went through the drive-thru recently and ordered one of the family shared meals. At the window, I asked the staff member if everything was in the bag, and she assured me that it was. However, when I got home, I found that two of the burgers were missing from the order.
What made it more frustrating was that the store wasn’t even busy at the time—so I find it hard to understand how something like this could be overlooked. I tried to contact the manager on shift, and when I finally got through, the service I received was disappointing and unhelpful.
It’s a real shame, because the food that was included in the order was fresh and still hot when we got home, which shows that the kitchen team is doing a good job. Unfortunately, Red Rooster seems to fall short when it comes to customer service and recovery. It really feels like there's a lack of training or care in dealing with customer issues—especially compared to other fast food businesses.
