The worst customer service I received. Spent $17.55 for a medium pizza and look at the size. Leave aside the size, the rude attitude of the manager when I took my concern to him was highly disappointing. Never going back or suggesting this place to anyone. The best part was manager asking me how will the pizza fit if it’s the same size of the box. Of course yes!! But the pizza needn’t be this small to fit into the box.
Also None of them know why I was charged $17.55. One say’s I was charged for a large. One say’s that’s late night surcharge. And the manager has “no idea”. The manager spoke like I was expecting a free replacement. Please understand not every customer complaints expecting free replacement from you people. That would be the least I expect from a person like you.
When I asked the size of medium.. a lady said it’s 9”. Later when I said I got an 8” pizza she said it can be 8 or 9”. When I asked the manager, he said the box size is 9” and pizza will obviously be smaller. I cross checked with Pizza Hut and they told me the “Pizza base is 9” and not the box. It’s a matter of 1” but the way he tried manipulating his answers and with such rude attitude made me get it here. It’s high time the manager knows their pizza standards.

Legit the worst experience ordering a pizza and never having it actually delivered. Ordered at 5:20pm and ETA was 6:07. I get a notification at 6:50pm that the pizza was delivered but to who? Not me that's for sure. Tried to ring the shop and no answer, their answering system is terrible. 10 mins later a delivery driver calls saying that he can't find the address and started asking for a new address (should I quickly buy a new house and shift for you to be able to deliver the pizzas?), this guy legit couldn't speak two words of English, managed to find where he was and he was 15 mins away. He rings the bell 15 mins later with the pizzas, this was around 7:15-20. Literally 2 hours later. Asked him to leave kindly as I no longer wanted the pizza.
Managed to get a hold of someone from customer service (not the store in flemington) and she promised that someone from the store will call. 3 hours later and still no call.

However, when the driver arrived in a red car, I was outside the building waiting for my delivery, he didn't call me untill I called the restaurant several times. He asked me for my ID which really shocked me and against their policy of contactless delivery. Really funny! I showed him my ID and he still refuse to give me my pizza saying the name doesn't match the preferred name, which is absolutely hilarious. In Australia, it's common to use preferred names, and how could someone in the customer services not knowing what preferred name means being so rude to their customer. It took me and my friends more than 30 minutes reasoning with him standing in the sunlight. And during this time, our pizzas in that really smelly car are getting cold.
