Crazy Kebabs — Restaurant in Melbourne

We had really a bad experience. We used to come to this place whenever we are around this area during late night.

We visited the store around 1:30am on 6th December.

First of all service - they only accept cash payments. We understand that it’s upto business what payment options they want to provide but the guy who was serving us was keep begging us to pay in cash!!! He was keep saying you must have some cash.

Food - We ordered 2 Falafel HSP and 1 Falafel kebab TAKEAWAY. We requested extra cheese and all veggies in HSP - even we paid extra for that but still we ended up getting HSP with just fries, falafel, sauce and CHICKEN!!!! I am a vegetarian, I don’t eat meat but I found CHICKEN in my HSP.

I won’t be back to this place ever again and won’t recommend even anyone to visit this place.

We love this place!

We always order HSP (large), which is for $13 (only card and NO EFTPOS - so carry change with you if going over there). There is an option to add extra cheese/meat for $3 (tried extra meat - we won't suggest it though as it doesn't make much of a difference).

Friendly lad (I believe, he's the owner). He makes us feel like we are their main customer (however, we only go in their once in a month or so). Serves us the dish as special (with fresh chips) while they make us wait in their dining space (with heater). If requested, they will add their variety of sauces (BBQ, chilli, sweet chilli, garlic, etc) in the manner we like.

I suggest, please try and see. If you do like, don't forget to pick their card stamped. If you buy 10 kebabs/HSP, we will get one...

There's new guys that are working I think they bought the place from the old owners which is really really upsetting because the old owners were so so so so nice and they had the best vibe with so much respect every time they dealt with other people. These new guys are literally so ignorant and arrogant. They speak to you clearly so there's understanding both ways in the conversation but when they are not happy about something they begin acting slow and suddenly don't speak or understand English. Honestly I wouldn't have come here if I'd known the previous owners weren't around anymore :( the guy that owns and works there...
