I ate here with a group of 12 people on Saturday evening before seeing Taylor Swift. Our party was seated over two tables. I ordered my meal as soon as I arrived, before most of my party, but as time went on I found everyone had their food except for me. I had ordered a gluten free cheeseburger due to gluten intolerance. Eventually, a cheeseburger was brought out to the other table our party were using. It was a regular cheeseburger. I quickly realised that my burger had been given to a child at the other table, and she had already eaten most of it, and the regular cheeseburger was intended for her. I spoke to two staff members to explain what had happened, who were both very confused. They got the manager and I explained to him what had happened. The mother of the child who had eaten my meal offered to buy me another burger, and the manager said that would be the best solution! There was no offer from staff to rectify the issue or responsibility taken for the fact that my meal was taken to the wrong table and given to the wrong person, without letting them know it was gluten free. I said that wasn't necessary and asked if they could please just bring me a gluten free bun and I would swap it with the regular bun, which they did. It was very dry as all the sauce had been on the regular bun, and they didn't bring me any more. And the meal was cold because it took so long to resolve the issue. Very...
Read moreOn the night of the 14th July 2018 a male security guard upstairs at the RCH tried to break into the cubicle of the toilet that my female friend was in whilst she was alone in the bathroom. I luckily walked in at the exact time he was forcing the door open. I asked him why he was there and what he was doing and he told me someone was vomiting in the cubicle. I told him to get out of the womens bathroom and I would help the person in the cubicle. I then realised it was my friend in the cubicle, and I knew she was sober, so I went out to the security guard and told him he had the wrong person. To which he told me that actually she was doing drugs. From here, when she left the bathrooms she got told to leave and was escorted down the stairs and out the door without so much as a word as to why it was ok or necessary for the male security guard to try and break into the cubicle of a women using the bathroom. Instead we were told by all the male security guards that we were drunk (neither of us had had more than 4 drinks over a 6 hour period). We were also informed of our lack of sobriety by a random male patron waiting out the front who witnessed the outrage of 2 females being kicked out of a venue because a male in power tried to...
Read moreLast night, one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They must've changed hands, the staff were rude and had a table with the general public set aside for them to have their breaks and have meals etc. even eating packaged chips and nuts and having chats sitting down all together during work, terrible! Now the meals, I was told I was getting a Vietnamese salad for the calamari salad well it was literally an entire cos lettuce chopped up with some frozen Coles calamari and some burnt nuts chopped on top, literally! $23 later, disgusted! Then we proceeded to the upstairs where the bar is and you just can't move, there's no room. Constantly being knocked over and pushed out of the way, nowhere to stand or sit! I have a feeling this place is going to go out of business if they continue. Menus changed, its food that I could make at home and I've got no idea what I'm doing, no one raved about their meals. It was literally what it said on the menu, a steak or schnitzel and that's as far as what went on the plate!!!!! Its a horrible place now and I won't be going back, really angry I spent money there but couldn't make a scene with...
