Roslyn Thai Cafe is a viral Thai brunch spot that’s recently extended their opening hours to 8pm on Fridays & Saturdays - so you can now enjoy their famous Thai comfort food and cakes at night! 😍

Our favourite main meal was the Green Curry with Crispy Fried Chicken - super aromatic and definitely packs some heat! 🌶️ The Roti Murthabuk and Puffed Fish Balls were so crispy and delicious, definitely must-tries! 🤤

Their new Phuket-style dried porridge is the perfect winter warmer - loaded with toppings like caramelised pork belly, pork mince, prawns and an onsen-egg, and served with clear pork soup and chili oil on the side 🍲

For sweets, you can’t go wrong with the Kaya Set - crisp and airy Chinese style dried donuts served with the yummiest Pandan and Thai Tea custards to dip 🍩 or their Thai Tea Ice Cream Milk Toast for something a little more decadent 🍞

Make sure you don’t forget to check out their cake cabinet for their amazing Thai-inspired cakes! 🍰 All the cakes we tried were super light and fluffy - especially loved the Lod Chong Taro and the Earl Gray Mandarin with a zesty twist! 🍊

On the outskirts on Melbourne CBD just as it changes to West Melbourne you’ll find Rosalyn Thai near Flagstaff Gardens. The tiny space at the front leads to a cozy back area that’s more open, protected from weather with heaters for the winter.

Some highlights were the Moo Waan, the pork belly fat and meat were tender had a delicious sweet soy flavour. Son-in-law egg had a delicate crispy outer.

The Khai Khon Goong, scrambled eggs had salty and sweetness with light peppery taste. The egg had nice swirls and not overcooked.

All the cakes were delicious, my fave has to be the Pandan Coconut just because of the use of the coconut meat (like the coconut drinks!)
