An occupation in every sense, a fool in every sense. I really don't know how to describe the rudeness of this person. We then asked for a single cup of hot water, which they agreed to provide. Shortly after, a bald, grumpy man approached with the EFTPOS machine and stated that the hot water would cost $3, to which we agreed. He then delivered the cup of hot water while visibly huffing and puffing. His behavior was quite rude. It's disappointing to encounter such a negative attitude.
