Rozzis Greensborough — Restaurant in Melbourne

My family and I went here for a coffee and my dad decided to buy a toasted sandwich. It came out soft like a sandwich. We asked if they could toast this and the young girl said sorry we have turned off the machine. This was at 5.10pm. The guy ended up saying we can heat it in the microwave. Unfortunately it came out soggy. At least he gave an option. When you spend $26 on 2 coffees a sandwich and a small slice of cake I believe you are entitled to have your sandwich the way you ordered it. It was then 5.50pm and the staff were still there when we were leaving so I do think they had plenty of time to re toast a sandwich. Anyhow the next day I spoke to my dad and he had experienced bad food poisoning over night. With stage 4 cancer this is quite life threatening and not at all needed. We have traced back everything he ate and it had to be the sandwich with ham in it.... I now have sent a complaint to management but not heard a thing in 3 days ??? I DO NOT suggest going to this cafe. More for the reason of staff there showing NO compassion friendliness or professionalism. There are many wonderful cafes at Greensborough but this is not one of them... Not...

Not in the area much these days as I work in the opposite direction to Greensborough Plaza but whenever I do I stop here for a Latte and it’s always incredible! Coffee is perfect and the young owner behind the counter always greets me with a handshake and a smile and then to go on and ask how I have been and how is my family. He remembers me by face and if i were a regular I can understand but every couple of months or so impresses me that he remembers me at all with the amount of people that come through on a daily basis. Customer service like this is so amazing so I will go out of my way to come back more often. Keep up...

Pros: Coffee is consistent. I have been countless times and always enjoyed the coffee. A nice array of salads and sandwiches.

Again each time i have gone the food has been great.

There is a lot of room for groups and a playground near by. As it is in the middle of the centre kids wont be noticed doing what kids do.

Service is friendly and each time i have been they have greeted me well and provided spot on customer service.

Cons: Only down side is there is a limited array of food for allergies ie FODMAP and no lactose free milk. So if you cannot drink soy or almond you are out of luck.

But otherwise definitely...
