Is there how you answer to your customer. This is showing how badly you treat people.

I am so disappointed by this shop. Do not order from Uber.

My coffee was cold all over the bag. They took their time and ignore my order completely, it took them 40 min to deliver to my place 2 min away, it was a latte and a bagel.

The poor Uber driver was crying because she has been harassed by the staff at Rustica Deli , they have been very unprofessional with her , the almost refused to her to deliver my order. Therefore with me as I’m on the other side of the order.

Not the best experience...

2nd Jan 2023 not a great start to the year, I have not been in for a while as the service has not been great but i really wanted some mortadella so i walked in and got served by a young lady with black hair, no hello, no how are you today how may i help you. All I got was yes what can i get you, I said may I have 200g of mortadella her face dropped she unwrapped it and through it on the slicer, I asked can you please slice it very thin she did not reply, after she was done she said anything else. I personally think the attitude that she reflex's towards customers is disgusting she then continues to talk to a work mate and does not even say good by. She could of up selled me at least another $20 but she was angry about something and i seem to be in the middle of it. I don't think i will be returning anytime soon...

It's a shame that the staff are clueless because the coffees and food selections are quite nice!

I ordered four coffees, paid and was offered the wrong coffees three times. What's the point of taking my order in the first place? In the end I accepted a slightly incorrect variation of my (very simple) coffee order. Coffees (even though not my actual order) were nice!

I ordered a toasted bagel. It was given to me as if all the ingredients had been put in a large paper bag separately and shaken around (Bagel bread broken, chicken not between bagel, cheese everywhere). Upon going back they merely slapped it all together again and gave it back to me without so much as an apology. It was very messy, yet tasted quite good. That is the frustration.
