This is a next level WOW Thai restaurant. While average Thai restaurant are a dime a dozen here in Melbourne, this place offers Thai food with finesse. The soft balancing of sweet, sour and salty are on point. It is not an uncontrolled exercise of just piling on the flavours that overpowers the natural flavours of the fresh ingredients. The âpan-searedâ scallop were deep fried and the sauce was literally pure sugar. Despite not being cooked as explained, they did not remove the item from the bill The curry puff are also deep fried. Is every entree deep fried? Who knows.
The Massaman curry was nice for about three spoonfuls and thereafter all you can taste is sugar and the absurdly high MSG content.
