I visited with a group of work colleagues and waited at the counter for over two minutes before being acknowledged. One of the cooks, clearly busy, curtly told us to order at the table. When we sat down, the tables were filthy. We scanned the QR code to order, but most of us had issues with the payment page not showing a table number, only options for pick-up or Uber Eats. Frustrated, one colleague went back to the counter, waited another three minutes without service, and eventually returned to order via the app, accidentally selecting the pick-up option.
When our food arrived, we asked for the tables to be cleaned, but they were barely wiped down, with crumbs still visible. To top it off, one colleagueās order was missing. When he asked about it, the staff dismissively told him they hadnāt received his order, and when they found it, they blamed him for ordering incorrectly. She continued to make excuses, saying they were too busy and this was common in all restaurants.
Weāve been regulars here for lunch, but after this poor experience, we wonāt be returning. Customers should never be treated like a burden, and failing to plan for peak times isnāt a valid excuse. Itās no surprise that the Google rating is...

Now I can understand itās a stressful job, but there should have been someone there with experience to help those who were new. So obviously everything was very slow. To add to that, they didnāt know how to add points to the Schnitz membership, so we couldnāt get any points either. To add to that addition, our food took far too long to make despite there being almost no one else waiting when we got there. Itās supposed to be āfast foodā, weāre not expecting phenomenal quality but it should be quick relative to a traditional restaurant. Also, is this seriously an Itty Bitty pack (one of the meals we purchased). Not packaged properly and⦠this is a pathetic excuse for a piece of chicken schnitzel. You can eat it in one bite.

I called the store to see if I could email the order through instead of reading out every individual order on the phone, this made things so much easier. The staff were lovely and easy to communicate with. When I went to pick up the food each person's order was in an individually labelled bag. This made it SO easy to hand out all the food and so everyone got the correct items. The staff were super helpful in the store and made it as easy as possible to transport. Every order was perfect and the food was nice and hot despite the number of meals to make and then for me to transport back to the department.
