Torino Pizza — Restaurant in Melbourne

Ordered pizza for delivery and was beyond disappointed when I opened the box to see that no care had been taken at all to ensure the pizza was of an acceptable standard upon delivery. When the box was opened it was all in one corner. There was oil everywhere in that corner and the pizza was not in an acceptable state at all. There were olives on the Mexicana when no olives were requested.

I contacted Torino directly and didn't receive any sort of reply or apology.

Even when I attempted to straighten the pizza in the box it was beyond repair and was just absolutely destroyed.

I acknowledge that the delivery was out of their control but not to receive any response was quite disappointing

I will definitely not be going back there at all and there was absolutely no customer service. Had they have acknowledged the contact i made directly with them and at least offered an apology i may not have felt the need to make others aware of such...

I placed an order on menulog without looking at reviews. Lucky I took the risk as it was well worth it.

I ordered the large supreme pizza and gnocchi carbonara. The pasta tasted as expected with perfectly cooked gnocchi (al dente) and flavoursome heavy sauce. The real star of the order was the the pizza! Having an Italian background, I am a harsh critic of pizza. The base was just right for me as I like a thinner base with lots of topping! Let me emphasis on the generous topping on this pizza. Amazing!

The service was great too and delivered right on time. I ended up locking myself out of the house and the driver let me borrow his phone to make some calls. Even volunteered to wait with me while somebody came with spare keys. So thank you!

Wow, fascinating to read the reviews here! We live locally and have ordered take away three times - first time, pizza (gourmet, to be clear) - delicious. Second time - parma and pasta. The parma was so big we shared it, and ate the pasta the next day. Also delicious. Tonight - Vegarama, Moroccan lamb, and Italian meatball pizzas - and all four eaters rated it amongst the best pizza we've eaten. So figured I should leave a review - only to find lots of one stars. Huh? I wasn't watching the time re delivery - but it seemed ok. Are your second rate competitors leaving reviews as their pizza is nowhere close?
