this is the most horrible place you can go and get served for breakfast. very bad experience from the staff Abby she supposed to be a supervisor there ... after we took seat she came very roughly cleaned up the table as I was looking at my wife why she has that much attitude doing the table. then she asked : what do you want ? !!!!! we ordered coffee then looked at menu to order food.... after long 13 min that no one didn't care we are there waiting to get our food order in... we have to raise hand and get someone there.... most table on the shop were empty and there were 3 staff on coffee and 2 on floor they all were doing nothing just talk to each other... after 28 min sitting there coffee came but one of them wrong !!! abby took it back to bring the right order again she went and disappeared... I was sitting and watching others people coffee are going on table but totally forgot about bringing the wrong coffee back I was looking at them and see we have been totally ignored... I fed up and went to the coffee machin and asked do we still have to wait or we should leave .... abby rudly said they making it but if you want to leave just leave !!!!!! I back to table asked my wife to leave as she was shaking told me please sit down ... I sat down ... abby again came to me do u want your coffee or you want to leave.... I ignored her because I just took my wife from operation she has done in hospital I didn't want to stressed her out ... my wife told her to bring coffee... food came also was the worse quality absolutely rubbish ... I asked the other waiter the manager name she said its Michael and he is not here.....the table next to me there was a guy told us dont worry I know him, he is the worst one ... staff are reflection of the manager :) ...probably its popular place for the staff attitude ...... we not going back there and I will tell...

'I've already reviewed this place before but recently revisited on two occasions. Very much improved. The food was good and the coffee was good. I originally rated three stars but have upped to four. Service was good and I'm happy to go here again'

Edit. August 2025. I regret to say recent visits have changed my opinion of this place. The coffee is still good, but order it take away and leave. If you eat in, and order food, expect they will forget your order or get it wrong.

The service is terrible, and the attitude of the staff is that of not interested. In the past I would visit at least twice a week, ordering food and coffee. I don't think I will be returning.

I don't know if it's because they don't have enough staff, lack of training or just lack of interest. When the service quality has taken a noticeable dip, I thought I'd give it a chance and kept returning hoping things would improve. They didn't. They may forget to bring food but they certainly don't forget to make sure you pay the parts of your order they do get right before leaving!

They last five visits over three weeks were a big disappointment. On three of those occasions parts of my order was forgotten or I received nothing at all. On the other two it was an extroidanarily long time before the food or coffee arrived.

There's other cafes in that strip. I can go one of those guess but I did like...

Friday night is not the time to go for food, maybe I’ll try again once they get a chef and a proper menu. The waitress was really quite good and looked after us very well. Unfortunately, the burgers listed on the menu in the window are not available on Fridays? That really limited the options to “from the smoker” or appetisers & sides. The back courtyard looked cool and had good live music playing, but everyone seemed to be drinking not eating - missing revenue for sure. The food was disappointing, with the Tri Tip Beef baguette being soggy on one side and hard as a rock on the other, probably 80 grams of beef, three slices of bland tomato and a pointlessly accompanying green of watercress? The Cheese Kransky was much tastier and worth ordering. Sweet Potato fries were mushy and served with sweet chili sauce - perhaps an aioli or the classic sour cream & chili would work better. Drinks were ordered at the same time, yet Beer was served 5mins before a coke? Odd. As a kicker the second bottle of water for the table, had a distinct taste of cleaning product and was undrinkable. Maybe there is new owners or if it is best to visit for breakfast instead, but it certainly seems different to our last visit a year ago.
