One of the most disappointed places I ever had. I wish there was option for 0 star.
I ordered Eel Unagi, it was super bland, unmarrinated, come with Chinese stir fried vegie (why?!?!), if it was my 1st time eating Eel, I would never eat eel again. Horrible.
While my friend order beef on rice, the beef is so old it has very odd texture. Maybe they used Chinese tenderise trick. Again, it was super bland, unmarrinated, served with stir fried Chinese vegie.
100% staff were Chinese, chatting and laughing loudly in Chinese, no customer service whatsoever. They even turned on Chinese songs.
That really explained a lot why they had very very few customers when we walked in.
This is extremely non authentic restaurant, dont go there. All the food are not marrinated, even food in food court is so...

Two people shared a Beef Bento 🍱 (lunch box with a wide range of different foods within) and a vegetable stir-fry with rice. The beef was extremely tender and delicious, and all the ingredients of all the dishes were fresh and perfectly cooked. The prices are astonishingly low considering pandemic inflation and the very high quality of the food. The restaurant itself is fine but not upmarket. I wouldn't complain though because you're getting top quality meals! The bento, with generous quantities, was $20.80 while the large fried rice was $13.80. This was ample food for two. A large glass of sauvignon blanc...

The sushi was so badly sliced and the rice so haphazardly formed, that it would fall apart as soon as it was touched. And then to top it off, my miso ended up half on the table due to it being served in a bowl with a huge gaping crack. I even took the liberty of telling my experience to a couple that were looking at the menu outside, something I’ve never done before. There’s something about spending almost $100 on a meal and getting cracked leaky bowls and misshapen crumbly sushi, that leaves a taste of disappointment in...
