I ordered a chicken salad and asked for no bacon no croutons extra chicken and dressing on the side

The plate that came out was ridiculous for the money I paid - I spoke to the manager at the time and she said well this is what you asked for and unfortunately the man servicing who was lovely didn’t put the add chicken in correctly

I said to this lady that’s not my problem and she said if you want more chicken you need to pay for it - whilst muly plates going around the restaurant

I said no and that I am giving a terrible google review as I feel the customer service was terrible

I have been in hospitality for a long time and never would I have acted how she did -

I will not be coming back to coffee club and I will also be telling my friends about my terrible experience

I was here on sat 25th January around 1 ish the lady who spoke to me was named Tiana

Customer isn’t always right but to give this food to me when it cost me $22 and there was just lettuce leaves - very disappointed

I have always bought my coffee from coffee club never again will I give money to this...

Ordered large take away coffee and almond croissant( croissant was $8.50) Received coffee and waited for croissant. Had to ask where it was. Told the girl that it was taking a long time. "No it's not. " she says. I asked her where it was and she said it was in the kitchen being roasted and would " only " be another 5 minutes. Eventually the croissant was brought to me- all hard and flaky. I took it back and told her that I didn't want a roasted croissant that I wanted a fresh one. She told me it was raw in the middle and so needed to be cooked. I told her I have had many almond croissants and they have all been fresh. She said" well ours need to be cooked." So would I like anything else? She asked. I looked andsaid I would like my money back( I paid by Mastercard ) so offered card and she said she could only give me cash. ( not sure that is correct). Also the take away coffee cup is so thin it's too hot to hold the cup. BYE BYE COFFEE CLUB . expensive and terrible...

I recently visited this café for the first and last time, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered the Big Breakfast and a Dirty Chai, but things started off poorly when my coffee arrived after 15 minutes and tasted terrible. I politely informed the staff, and while they did make another one, it was equally disappointing. Embarrassed to complain again but unable to tolerate it, I mentioned the issue once more. Sadly, the third attempt was no better. It was clear they didn’t know how to make a proper coffee.

The breakfast, which took another 10-15 minutes to arrive, was also a letdown. The poached eggs were nearly fully cooked, and the bacon, along with the rest of the plate, was drenched in oil. The hash brown wasn’t even warm, and the mushrooms were undercooked.

Overall, the meal was poorly prepared and presented, completely spoiling my Sunday morning. I was hoping for a pleasant experience, but I left thoroughly disappointed. I won’t...

Coffee was OK, could have been a bit warmer, hot chocolates tasted watered down, good chocolate milkshakes. I had the zucchini fritters, they were thin, barley warm and seemed as though they were precooked possibly frozen, the side serve of chutney was cold (just taken out of the fridge) there was just no love in the meal at all. The toast accompanied scrambled eggs and bacon was hardly toasted, no colour and soggy. Scrambled eggs and bacon was OK.
