Ordered a babycino for my 3 yo boy. The first time it came out as hot as molten lava so I asked for a cooler replacement. The second came out, he took a sip and dropped the still too hot drink down his front and freaked out. The staff offered no help, apology or a full refund. I explained to the "barista" that perhaps a drink for little kids shouldnt come out hot enough to scold them and still got nothing from them.
