Tonight we ordered our usual ribs with no sauce and pasta and garlic bread. We have been loyal customers for over 3 years now, we order pretty frequently. When our delivery arrived there was no garlic bread AND there was SAUCE all over my ribs which I cannot eat because of allergies reasons. I have ordered the ribs so many times before without sauce. We called up the OWNER AMAN PATEL to tell him that I cannot eat the ribs now because there is sauce all over it and the garlic bread is missing which was on the receipt. He argued saying that ribs always comes with the sauce and I told him that it does not because if it did I would not be able to eat it. Why would I order sauce if I can't eat it right? He still argued telling us that we are wrong and we're liers. 1.delivery took 1.5 hours & driver went to wrong house (which is a mistake I get it) 2.forgot the garlic bread (which was fine) 3.we ordered no sauce on the ribs like every other time we ordered, my husband is allergic to the sauce They delivered is covered in sauce (not fine)

First time ordering from Smokin Joe’s Werribee, and it definitely won’t be the last! We stopped by for a late dinner, thinking we’d have to settle for a simple vegetarian pizza since halal options are hard to find. But that all changed! To our surprise, they offer a HALAL menu, and we were able to enjoy a Macedonian Pizza and a Prawn Pizza bursting with rich, mouthwatering flavor.

The owner/cook Aman Patel did not take responsibility for the restaurants mistakes for the following things:

Claiming we are lying even though we suggested to send photos 📸 of the ribs my husband could not eat.

10pm at night and Aman wanted to send the driver back to take the ribs to see them for himself and interrupt our household at night .

Very disappointing & highly unprofessional way to run a business we will not be eating there ever again also my highly respected family & friends around the area will be hearing about the way customers are treated here.

There are so many pizza places around werribee that value customers do not waste...
