Spilt Milk is my most favourite little spot in all of Carnegie (maybe even Melbourne). They serve simple but delicious food, which is always so packed with flavour and beautifully plated. Whether you have a sweeth tooth or love your savoury, there's something for everyone from the delicious banana bread or the best Bircher ever, to a dish called the 'cow' which is my personal favourite (all I can say is...it has chorizo! #winning). They also make great coffee...their very own blend I believe! It's cute, it's cosy, it's that hole in the wall hideout (literally) that you'll love. As for service with a smile, that's an understatement for these guys. Sometimes it's even service with a hug :) Thanks to our favourite waiter, Arty!! Can't rave about it enough. The friendliest couple in the world run this amazingly cute cafe. Every morning myself and my partner head up to spilt milk for a coffee, their coffee is hands down the best around Carnegie, always served consistently perfect! And arguably their toasties are the hidden gem of all the suburbs, forget Saul’s - Spilt Milk’s roast beef toastie is absolutely mouthwatering!! To top it all off, every morning our little doggos get a doggie treat whilst we get our coffees. Couldn’t recommend...
