Over the years, I've become more wary of Subway in general. The serving sizes of meats and training of staff to do everything possible to minimize the amount of veggies they give versus the ever rising price have felt like the value has been lost. Add to that the consideration that Subway has the potential to be vastly inconsistent between staff members and locations and you have no way of knowing what you're about to get.
We paid $48 (After a 30% discount) to have two footlong combos (2 Subs, 4 Cookies, 2 Drinks) delivered. We're about 7 minutes by car from the restaurant.
Both sandwiches were meant to be teriyaki chicken, both were just regular strips. One of them had approx 8 countable pieces of chicken across the entire footlong. They both arrived cold, not just on the outside but the inside too. Officially, they were both at room temperature in the centre of the veggies and meat, but the sauce was cold which meant it became cold to touch.
Despite only traveling for 7 minutes with cold drinks in the same bag, they both needed to be heated, had the wrong meats and extremely poor quantities of ingredients inside. Despite being Teriyaki chicken, southwest sauce and salt and pepper among the veggies, mine was bland. All for the low low price of $48 (after discount).
Subway in general has lost the plot, but some of these local stores have lost it even worse. This was by far the worst subway experience I've had and the last time I'll risk it. Oh how the great...

He went to the door which was open because it was a couple mins after 8am and it clearly stated on the door and website that they open at 8am. He goes to take a step inside and is told from the lady behind the counter to come back at 8.30am. We drove off but I decided to call and Nav answers and confirms they start at 8am but this morning not until 8.10-8.15am so I asked why she told my son to come back at 8.30am and why is the door open on time at 8am yet they’re not letting anyone order, where she replied because the toaster machine is not ready. 1. My son loves fresh 2. She didn’t even get a chance to figure that out because she got rid of him at the door by telling him to come back at 8.30am and nothing else 3. Have been coming to this store pretty regularly for 6 years and will not be coming back. As the store was loud I was unable to hear the girl making my order and when the wrong ingredient was used she (Nav) refused to make another and was quite blunt in saying so. Poor customer service and I typically go out of my way to come here as the store is usually better than others.
