usually subway isn’t my first choice when it comes to fast food.. but i decided to give it a crack since i haven’t had it in about 25 years! i got to subway and made a decision of what to order.. a chicken teriyaki 12inch sub with lettuce, tomato, olives, jalapeños, carrot, buffalo sauce, pepper but no salt because i find that the olives make it salty enough! and of course i got it toasted so the old english cheese i chose to garnish it with melted perfectly. i walked up to the west side of the counter and was ready to order. “hi can i please get a 12 inch on white bread” i said. the worker looked at me, he was probably in his mid 20s. he responded to me by saying that “6 inches was enough”. i looked at him in a confused way. “do you guys not do 12 inches anymore?” i said. “no we do, i just think that 6 inches is plenty and you’ll definitely be full” he replied. i was confused.. how could this man possibly think he knows what my appetite is? i was HUNGRY. very hungry. in fact i could order 2, 12 inches, eat the lot, and then go to mcdonald’s and order a 10 piece nugget meal and polish that off too. “fine can i get 2, 6 inches then?” i say. he responded by say no. i dove over the counter, and started taking matters into my own hands. i made the whole subway my self, managing to only burn the bread once, which is good considering i didn’t know how to use the toaster machinery. anyway i did pay, because i’m a good man. but by the time i was leaving with my delectable subway (made by yours truly), the cops where outside and put me in the back of the divvy. i told them to try my sub and they did.. they told me my subway was so good that they would let me go free of charge. i went back to the same subway the next day and asked for the boy who refused to make me my sub yesterday. they told me he got a transfer to a new subway. so if you’re reading this Michael ( the subway worker) i’m going to try every subway until i find you. and you best believe you’re going to make me my 12 inch sub. kind regards...
Read moreExtremely disappointed the employees weren't wearing their masks properly (one had her's under her chin & the other one under her nose). This alone made me very uncomfortable.
I asked the girl (with her mask under her nose) to change her gloves & fix her mask but the girl with it under her chin didn't acknowledge. To add to it, I watched the one girl (with the mask under her chin) sniff and wipe her nose. She didn't even attempt to wash her hands & continued sweeping then she tried to reach for our subs. so I asked her again to change her gloves & fix her mask.
Both girls made no fuss about fixing their masks but safety should be high priority.
No visible sign-in area or sanitizer and previous customer had no mask on.
Also to note, at 8:30pm they had already put away the cutting boards & looked like they were closing. If you close at 10pm it's a bit early to...
Read moreWalked in, ask if they do the breakfast menu all day. Server says “no we don’t” I say “okay” order my second preference of subway and a subway for my partner. I get to the end of the bench and they have eggs out still. I ask if they can use the eggs. Same server says “yes” I stare at him for a while I’m confusion. I then decide to order the egg subway like I was originally going to.
I am then charged for the sand which I didn’t want.
Even though the server falsely told me they did not serve breakfast.
It can clearly be seen on my receipt that I was charged for a “12 inch Egg and Cheese breakfast sub”
But they don’t serve the breakfast menu???
And after all this I get home and my sub is not cut all the way through (also pictured)
I don’t usually write bad reviews but this was...
