Absolutely Horrible Experience – Never Going Back!

I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway. As soon as I walked in, the staff aggressively handed me a sandwich I never ordered and started questioning me, demanding I show my phone to confirm something I knew nothing about. I just came in to place a fresh order, but was treated like I was trying to steal or scam them.

The staff were extremely rude, angry for no reason, and made me feel embarrassed in front of others. This isn’t the first time either — I’ve had a bad experience before where they were so stingy they literally counted the pieces of chicken and vegetables going into the sandwich. It was clear they cared more about cutting costs than customer service.

Possibly the worst Subway in Melbourne, the staff is unfriendly and completely ignorant of your presence, the asian manager working there is terrible, he’s rude, would treat you with a horrible attitude, he hates his job and puts his frustration down to customers. He refused to accept my subcard, neither did he accept the offer, the girl serving was completely unwelcoming, the staff talked in mandarin in front of us and barely understood English, a horrific experience, do yourself a favour and avoid it...

Sadly I have to stay the worst coffee ever! She was lovely and honest when I asked if the cookies were yesterday’s or this mornings.. she simply stated due to just opening she hadn’t baked yet which is fair enough.. I’m not huge on subway so was looking for a reasonable breakfast option but nothing was appealing to me so I opted for the dangerous selection of coffee. I should have trusted my instincts and not even bothered with the coffee.. 7/11’s $1 coffee is better!!...
