A poke bowl is one of my most favourite things to eat, especially when it's done right. I got the teriyaki chicken poke bowl, and it definitely has variety. Two sets of pickled ginger (I assume the yellow shred is ginger as well as it tasted similar), avocado, corn, broccoli, slaw, leaf salad, edamame, carrot, shredded teriyaki chicken with a side of peanut sauce (I assume?) on a bed of purple grain rice. The bowl itself has enough flavour on its own, but that peanut sauce elevates the overall experience big time. It's like a mix of peanut/soy sauce goodness when mixed together and probably negates the potential health benefits of a poke bowl, buut... it tastes so good!
