Sylvesters Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Melbourne

Would give no stars if possible. On Friday 11th Oct 19 I was starving, hadn’t eaten all day and ordered two pizza’s delivered in the evening about 7-8pm. Prior to that night I’d say I was a regular customer because the pizza is quite tasty albeit salty. I fell so violently ill with gastro that I was still feeling the effects the Friday a week later (18th) and continued to today. After going to the toilet about 12 times the next day and feeling like I couldn’t move, I made the decision to privately message this business through Facebook messenger so as to retain it private and not make a massive fuss. The response I received from them was Unapologetic and deflecting the issue. I’m certain if that’s the way I felt the next morning there would be others feeling the same way. After an unforgettable experience like this, I’ll never return to this pizza shop, and I’d caution anyone who goes there. All the reviews seem to be about vegetarian pizza’s. I can only presume it was the salami on the Mexicana that was a concern considering that was the lingering taste in my mouth when vomiting and burping. I’ve had multiple doctors tests done, of which I’m collecting results tomorrow. It’s a week and a half later and I’m yet to recover. Steer clear, this is your warning! Won’t be a second chance at this venue...

I m slyster customer from last 4 years and I always order 2 large pizza , Never gotta problem with food and every employee over there know me very well .. Last week girl act smart by over charging me. It was meant to be 30 dollars for 2 large peri peri chicken pizza but she makes 2 separate orders and avoid 2 pizza deal When enquired she accepted and said new girl made mistake by not putting in the deal , I said ok trainees can make mistakes and we agreed 6 dollars will be sorted out coming week .. Today I order same pizzas and when requested her to remove last week balance of 6 dollars she refused to and suggested me that it’s my responsibility to let us know that I want that on a deal To sum up .. 6 dollars is nothing neither for me nor for slyster pizza but there are many families around those running short of few cents to get pizza or food .. Last u lost ur long term customer jus coz of silly attitude and oversmartness of girl over the counter and if the owner proves my statement of overcharging is false I will donate 1000 dollar to any NGO of...

Took well over an hour and two phone calls before my pizza was finally delivered not by Door Dash who I ordered through ! Estimated time to arrive between 6.09 6. 6.20 At 6.40 I rang and was told another 20 mins ! At 7.00 I rang again after Doordash app said it had been delivered to be told their own driver was delivering . 7.11 delivered no apology until I said I was going to leave a poor review ! . Only live 5 mins drive away but have no car and can’t walk ! Was it worth waiting for No . Too much topping cheap ham was aweful , thick doughy soggy crust ( not like the pictures ) . Well below what a good pizza should be . Stick to Italian owned family business in future ! Poor customer service girl could hardly understand or speak English I found it hard to understand her I had to ask for the manager the second time !
