Teaser Holmesglen Chadstone — Restaurant in Melbourne

Today I got tea and dumplings at teaser. The front of house staffed seemed to not care about their job, whilst I was waiting another group came in who waited for nearly 10 minutes to order but left after being ignored. When I got my dumplings they were boiled instead of pan fried. I was told they would make a new batch but all they did was put the boiled dumplings on a pan for 2 minutes. This made them taste disgusting!!! If you do not care about the quality of the food you are selling, then you should not be selling food.

Lacks common sense customer service. Firstly I was Spoken to me in a foreign language based on my appearance. Secondly If you know the customer is expected to wait 15mins for one drink then you should set this expectation with the customer before receiving the order. Thirdly: Understaffed by that I mean one person for a lot of customers. Fourth: Place was a mess and had allowed a lot of customers inside the store during COVID restrictions making it very unsafe. I left without receiving my drink. Awful...

Can't go wrong with bubble tea from Teaser. My latest obsession is all things taro and the taro milk with taro balls and taro mousse was excellent. Not too sweet, and the delicate flavour of the taro shines through in this drink. The chewy taro balls were a delight to eat.
