Dont believe the other people's reviews. This place is over priced, very small portion, and average at best.
We ordered the Tom yum soup and massaman curry, the soup was extremely flavourless honestly tasted like it was made with instant Tom yum powder (literally) and for the price of $23 we expected it to be given more but they served it basically less than half of a bowls portion, wow. The curry was better in terms of taste, beef was okay but bit cold in the middle and again the portion size super small, we only received 4 pieces of beef?? Cmon. There was more pineapple in this dish than there was beef, used to prop up the dish to make it seem like there's more, the plate is very shallow so it looks like a lot in the photo but literally 10 spoons of curry and all gone, maybe rename the dish to vegetarian curry instead?
Another thing about this restaurant is that there is a really prominent 'oil' smell throughout the restaurant emitting from the kitchen, really gross, we had to sit the furtherest from the kitchen at the booth near the entrance and we still smelled it, they need to turn on the exhaust fans or something because that is not good for customers health, definitely a hazard
On the bright side, the customer service was good, attentive and accommodating, however, all-in-all, don't waste your money or time going here we paid $57 for two small bowls of averageness plus two servings of plain steamed rice... honestly way better thai restaurants out there...

Altona North is full of fast food, there's nothing like this around here. But if I compare this to some of the really good Thai places in the city or around, I still couldn't recommend this place more.
We ordered Chili basil stir fry, Tom Kha soup, chicken satay, calamari rings, and a bottle of wine. Every item was worth!! Portions are generous so we packed some for home.
Good stuff. Order from them, let's keep them in Altona North. We need some good food...
Read moreWe ordered some takeaway for dinner and even with the cash discount and takeaway deals, I don't think it was worth it. The beef massaman had very little meat and undercooked potatoes. The roti that came with the takeaway deal was clearly store bought and also stale. The noodle stirfry was the only dish that had a decent amount of flavour but again very little pork. Due to the lack of meat in the main dishes, both my husband and I were still hungry after the meal even though we spent almost $100....
