Really disappointing experience. My husband booked a table for lunch for Motherâs Day, we arrived and there was only 1 other table full of people when we got there and we ordered immediately. An hour later our food had not arrived but other tables who arrived well after us were receiving food (though they were also complaining because only one meal would come out at a time) and Uber eats orders were being pumped out while my 1 year old was screaming for his lunch. We ended up leaving without getting our food after being told âjust two more minutesâ 4 times over the course of the last 30 minutes. The coffee was nice and menu sounded good but it was a complete waste of time and I wouldnât return. There was also no explanation from the staff and just received a shrug of the shoulders and a casual âsorryâ. Iâm a delivery driver, I was waiting for my order for 15 minutes even though the cafe marked the order as ready on the app. I told the guy Iâd be happy to wait however he shouldnât mark the order as ready as it makes me look like Iâm staying stationary on my delivery app. He proceeded to respond with aggression saying âdonât tell me how to do my job, I said Iâm not Iâm just saying it affects my job and he said well cancel the order then and get out of my shop and shouted multiple times for me to leave. Every other table was going up and asking where their food was after a long wait, or them only giving one dish for the table and leaving others. Ridiculously bad service when asking how much longer the food would be. Pretty reasonable of us to ask after an hour of waiting, with the only response being "oh yeah I dunno".
