Moon Palace Take Away — Restaurant in Melbourne

I really really wanted my local Chinese take away to be a hidden gem. And the staff were so so nice I feel terrible... Ordered sweet and sour pork and special fried rice. Everything tasted like old deep fryer oil, including the underwhelming rice. That was a pretty nasty meal. Worst we have had in a long time. Avoid the Char siu fried rice.. hard grains and a weird flavour.

Beef and black bean was so sour.. nothing like the flavour we all know and love and quite watery.

Spring rolls used be good, have changed since the last time we ordered was a mash of weird vegetables.. can taste spinach or something very green and very little meat.
