This verbatim the complaint I sent to management will keep you posted if any response

"Hi I would like to report Desi the manager.

We spent $250 (more then happy to provide receipts) on food and drinks, one of our friends got the wrong information regarding where the toilet was and accidently ended up in the office (he profusely apologized for the mistake). Desi was unwilling to accept this and after 1 hour Desi came and decided to confront him . She was extremely hostile even though he was still apologizing for his honest mistake. She continued berating one of our friends and even swore to emphasize her point that he only wanted to apologize. I tried to explain that if the area maintained sensitive information it should have been better secured; this sent Desi into a rage dimension, she escalated the situation further, yelling and swearing and hiding her name tag . She did this after requesting the name of our friend who accidentally stumbled upon a staff only area. At this point she started accusing us of trespassing even though I explained we are more then happy to leave.

We walked to grab our remaining friends who had only just started their last drinks, she even forced them to leave even though they weren't at all involved. Our friends enquired as to why they were being evicted but they were met with silence despite profuse apologies for any inconvenience.

The girls at the bar were great but our food arrived at the wrong table and we didn't make a scene of it, but Desi's behavior is inexcusable.

Personally we were contemplating making it our local Bistro as we live locally and were very fascinated by the menu but here behavior is detrimental to our perception of the venue and refuse to return."

Be weary of having a good time and...

this is quite honestly the most horrific “restaurant” i have ever had the unfortunate luck of eating at. well, actually, i can’t say i did a lot of eating considering the chicken was the colour of a corpse, my mom’s pathetic excuse of a burger had ACTUAL RAW BACON sitting inside, my sisters boyfriends steak looked like it was cut off of 7 year old roadkill that had been sitting out in 30° weather – and they didn’t even cook it the way he wanted, even though he told them how he wanted it cooked – my sisters mashed potato’s was like eating babies throw-up, my brothers “spicy” “chicken wings” were bought frozen from costco with a DRIBBLE of “hot” sauce. and last, but CERTAINLY not least, my dad’s burger was so greasy that after ONE bite his hands were so wet it looked like he had just washed his hands. the “buns” (more like paper machete) were falling apart. even if the burger WAS good, it was quite literally impossible to even put in your mouth. oh, but it doesnt stop there. our drinks tasted like bin juice and sweat from the body of a 600 pound person living in alabama. i feel as though just breathing in the air will give me food poisoning. please do not come here unless you’ve ingested something poisoness and are in desperate need to throw up immediately. if that’s the case, please come here...

We have been going to the Tudor Inn for years food average management rude and unhelpful For the past 2 weeks I’ve phoned to book a table and requested a certain table the assistant Manager Sue answered my calls on both occasions and when I requested the table I was told not sure and she was so rude I asked why I couldn’t have that table and first week she said someone might be sitting on the table now and this was the day before I wanted the booking and they may want it the next day what rubbish I asked if she would check and what an effort that was for her the next week was the same so today I went in person and spoke to the manager and told him how rude Sue was he made no apology and when I requested the table number again for tomorrow night and Saturday night he wrote it on a bit of paper and told me I could book online but you can’t request a table number online they don’t seem to have any system if they pick up the phone where the pokies are they can’t see what bookings they already have what absolute stupidity to run s hotel like that Wonder who owns the hotel because I’m sure they would be surprised with the rude arrogant staff they have working there Plenty of places to eat around the area think I’ll be looking elsewhere STAFF DONT KNOW WHAT MANNERS AND SERVICE...
