Turkish Gozleme Pide & Sweet House — Restaurant in Melbourne

Where do I start.... first off the owner. What a kind and considerate person who made my partner my child who has a disability and I feel so welcome. I cannot fault him on his customer service which was A1!

Now the food, the meat was so tender, out of the meats provided on the mixed platter I cannot choose my preferred option! The 2 dips and salad where such as great addition to the savoury smokes meat as they brought a fresh presence to the dish. The fresh turkish bread was the cherry on top to which I wish I live closer and was able to walk in and get it on a weekly basis.

We also got the cheese and spinah pide which was literally the best I have ever had. My partner loves gozleme and has definitly converted after trying the pide here.

Our meal was just under $60 and was probably to much for 2 adults and a child. Definitly worth taking take away as the food is that good.

The owner gave my daughter an additional salad to start and a complimentary cookie when we left as it was her birthday.

I highly recommend this family-run restaurant for catering a dinner party or function. I had 16 people coming over for a meal. Sevgi was so helpful and talked me through all the options (including yummy deserts). She also made excellent and thoughtful recommendations in terms of variety and quantity. The food was hot, well packaged (easy to transport), delicious and good value. Sevgi even wrote down the ingredients so guests could easily identify the V/VG options. It worked really well serving the food buffet style, with guests taking as much as they wanted. The kids also liked everything on offer! Bonus. I will definitely return for future dinners with friends, family and colleagues. Thank you to Sevgi and family. Ps I was trying to think of my favourite dish to recommend but frankly they were all delicious, the flavours of the salads, dips and meats really work well...

The owner is so wonderfully friendly and absolutely lovely whenever we come in. And they have got the best hot chips in the Kens/Flem area - no competition. We have never had a bad meal from here since they opened and have been obsessed with their chicken meals/platters. The grill flavour is incredible and the meat is always perfectly tender and juicy.

After walking passed the other day and seeing some of their HSPs we decided to try them for dinner tonight and are blown away! These were the best HSPs we have ever had - delicious big chunks of the most perfectly flavoured chicken and lamb, again both of them so tender and juicy. The chips are also perfection - crunchy and seasoned so well. Won’t be able to have an HSP from anywhere else from now on!
