Vy Vy Bakery — Restaurant in Melbourne

After reading some of the reviews posted for this family owned bakery - I was shocked at people's comments.

I've been going to Vy Vy's for years and have received nothing but amazing, friendly happy service.

The main baker is the father and he's the friendliest and loveliest of men, always up for a conversation and answer any questions about the food and the weather be it what you like.

The girls at the counter are always smiling and friendly and gorgeous also up for conversation.

This is a beautiful family owned and run Bakery that supports the community.

Do yourselves a favour and support them - they have a great range of bread, hot foods, amazing salads and not to mention the Bahn Mi !!!

Love Vy Vy's and will continue to go always !!!

Ps: To all the haters - don't know where you went, but they can't be doing what you say and have no bread or food left towards the end of the day - that speaks for itself !!!

I regularly order uber eats from Vy Vy and I am always blown away by how fresh and flavoursome the food is. On top of this. The last time I made an uber eats order, I was ordering for my brother who was having a bad day. I asked if they wouldn't mind adding a personalised note to cheer him up. Not only did they do that, they also added a giant yellow sunflower in his bag. See the photo attached. Kindness goes a long way and it was the most beautiful suprise and such a kind gesture from Vy vy. It meant a lot and completely brightened what was a very sad day.

I recently ordered 150 mixed ham banh mi’s for a family function and I wasn’t disappointed each roll was fresh and crunchy packed full of goodness. At first I was a bit hesitant thinking the quality would drop after doing so many, but no I was wrong!!! Everyone asked where I got it from I didn’t even think twice I straight away said VyVy bakery in Reservoir. I would highly recommend them for your next get together or even pop in for lunch and say “hi” their Vietnamese iced coffee is also very good!! Staff are very friendly too never too busy for a chat!! They’ve won me over “best banh mi” in the north. Don’t believe me? Go check it...
