Whitecliffs General Store & Cafe — Restaurant in Melbourne

I had a disappointing experience at this store. I placed a simple order for a bacon and egg roll, politely requesting no cheese and adding a request for tomato sauce. Each time I asked, the staff member (woman with black hair) seemed visibly annoyed, rolling her eyes and displaying clear frustration through her body language. This use to be one of the best shops around for egg & Bacon always fresh and 4 slices of bacon anything you ordered from bainmarie was Hott .I've visited this shop twice and the egg bacon's had 1 slice of bagon and was cold and burnt the fried food was full of oil and cold the coffee is ok atmosphere is good & the blokes (workers) are friendly but dirty and slow as . Need cooking lessons and better staff Vert Disappointing very pricey for the quality don't mind paying...

Staff members are clueless and lazy. I am very very disappointed with these new owners food is rubbish. They take ages to cook 1 thing and won’t cook certain things for you because they’ll say I can’t be bothered. Well clearly they shouldn’t own a shop. Feel sorry for the blonde lady who works there because she does the right thing but the rest are just idiots hope they lose all there customers...
