Disappointing Experience: Poor Service and Lack of Consideration

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to the store. I ordered two drinks on a bitterly cold winter day, only to receive two completely iced beverages, the staff didn't even bother to ask if I preferred hot or cold drinks during the ordering process.

When I questioned why iced drinks were the default choice in the middle of winter, I was met with unpleasant looks and cold shoulders from the staff. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they actually tried to shift the blame onto me, claiming that I should have specified my preference. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of customer service skills.

After complaining, they remade the drinks, but astonishingly, they didn't adjust the sugar level at all. The new drinks were unbearably sweet. With no other option, I ended up throwing them straight into the trash.

As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and attentiveness. Asking about temperature preferences and customizing sweetness levels should be standard practice. This series of oversights and the subsequent rude behavior have left a very bad taste, and I certainly won't be returning to this store. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains their staff to provide better service...

I’ve heard soo many good things about this place, and turns out they’re true. I decided to try the latest addition to Melbourne’s boba places, and it did not disappoint. Although the store was very crowded, the service was incredibly quick.

The drink itself was very fresh, light and delicious. Also, the boba had a nice level of chewiness, it complements the drink very well.

I can say that this is now one of my top 5 boba places, so i’ll definitely be back for more 😋

All drinks were tasty as always and fit perfectly with any kind of mood - like if you’re feeling something sweet, refreshing, or unique they have the options for you! The one thing we haven’t tried is their new product called ✨Croffle✨ - croissant & waffle?! 🤯

Not worth the price or the wait. Definitely nowhere near the taste of the one I had in Taiwan.

The queue system is nonsensical which creates a space for disorder and confusion. People are exiting through the entry queue and waiting to order at the collection point. Can’t believe something so simple can be done so poorly. The Cashier is happy chilling in her corner too not engaging the queue to take the next customer’s order.

As for the drink, it was way too thick. The restriction on ice was dumbfounding. The cashier said and I quote, “We can only do ice or no ice, no less ice”. What does that even mean? You can’t fill the cup with half the amount of ice you usually put? Unbelievable. And the last process of melting the brown sugar that goes on top was done 6 at a time, individually. Yes, senseless. 6 cups were lined up and they sugar was melted. However they were only “released” when all 6 were done. Why not individually is beyond me. Will...
