Worst after sales survive ever!!! Went to buy a replacement foil. Staff too one out and asked âdoes it look like this?â I said, âyes it doesâ. Took it home, though it looked exactly the same from outside the packaging, opened it, and itâs much wider than my actual shaver. Rang up the next day, someone called Natalie said itâs my fault because I should have known. I asked for a replacement foil for Braun series 5. According to Natalie, the staff are all trained for all the different model. If the staff are seriously all trained properly, then they should have asked âwhich model?â. They shouldnât assumed the customer knows the different type of models, thatâs part of customer service, especially when âno returnâ is part of your sales conditions for replacement foil; also, this was not specified before I made the payment. Received email advising it was being shipped on 4th April, so I'd expect it may take 3-4 days what with Covid-19 issues and all that. Well, it's now the 21st April, and I have tried repeatedly to call their customer service number, left messages, left a call back number (twice)....and even sent an email, but no response at all! I called a store and their advice was to go in and repurchase the products and then when my delivery arrives, return it for a credit!....Now, I understand there is a global pandemic, but does this mean they can take my money and not return my calls???? Are they that busy that they can't return calls??? I called them on several occasions, and waited on hold for over 1 hour each time. I would not recommend this...

I spoke to a lovely Assistant manager by the name of Emma on 21/06/2024 at around 11:48am.
I had a lot of different questions about all the different types of beard trimmer products online, Emma stayed with me on the phone for 15 minutes and was patient, kind and very knowledgable.
I had an excellent expierence with Emma. Being in the call center industry I've spoken with thousands if not tens of thousands of people and i have to say, Emma is in my top 5 if not #1, her kind demeanour definitely shows she really cares about her customers and loves her job....
