went in for a tart. I said "hi how are you?" upon entering and was ignored by the woman cashier standing in front of me. I then decided on my order and asked for it. she then looks up at me all confused. I repeat my order and she puts it in a bag whilst speaking a different language with someone out the back and not offering any attention to her customer. I walk up to the til and tell her I have cash, which she completely ignores and does not even look at me, she is just standing there typing the cost into the eftpos scanner whilst yelling at someone in the back. this isn't how you do customer service. will not be back...

TERRIBLE Service and Food! The chicken was cold and the bun was so stale, couldn’t get it to be bitten or chewed. When entered the shop, the 2 girls were gossiping out loud when the food was just outside left alone. The portion of each ingredient had to be monitored when making the banh mi as they were barely putting any ingredients inside the bun. Had to ask 3 times to put a ok enough amount of onions and chilli. Had to pay extra for this saying they added more than usual when that’s the normal amount you can get anywhere else. Don’t go here. Will not return ever....
