McDonald's Midland — Restaurant in Midland

DO NOT EVER BOOK A CHILDS BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE. Im 9 months pregnant and wanted a party for my 5 yr old. Mc donalds offer games, food and fun whilst they apparently so called 'host' the party, BUT ALL THEY WILL GIVE YOU IS DISAPOINTMENT. -The party started at 1 and the 'host' stood there for 30 mins with the excuse his waiting for everyone to arrive - even when i stated everyone was there. -We just let the children play as he appeared unorganized and was still setting up -He MADE US call the kids in, as he was unable to talk to the children or the adults. This was a big issue throughout him 'hosting' the party as he wasnt even able to collect food orders of the children. Eventually i took the childrens order and gave it to him. -When he left to retrieve the food there was no further instructions for the guests, they were left there in the party room with a colouring sheet which was apparently the game. (Colouring competition, Boring). -I told the guests they can play if they're finished. no prize was given for the colouring comp we had to chase it up. He once AGAIN got us to call the children back for food, still wasnt able to interact with anyone and we had to hand out the food furthermore; All the children didnt get a toy with their happy meal. -He told me he needs to clear the table for pass the parcel, but never cleared any tables. We had to remind him that there was only 10 minutes left until the end of the party and the children had yet to play any games or do anything bar being called back in from playing. -I told the children to go play once their finished and I CLEARED THE TABLES and prepared the area for pass the parcle He requested I call the kids in and provided a musical box of balloons which he passed around as pass the parcle. Which didnt even last 2 kids before it broke. -With minutes left of the party he took it away to fix with no direction for all the guests. Everyone waited for him to return with a box of balloons -After pass the parcle there wasnt enough time for cake. He left us to serve the cake .

The whole day was unorganized the children and guests spent most of their time waiting in the party room the games were bland and prizes didnt exist. The host was inexperienced and what worries me is he told us he has hosted 30 partys! Leading us to have faith in him when i truely believe his most likely ruined 30 parties. Personally i think it would have been better ordering all the kids a meal n not book the party but i doubt the staff can cope with that many orders and the food wouldnt come out together or warm. This party was so bad ive not only pledged to myself to never book a party here, but also never eat mcdonalds again. McDonald's partys aint the same it was the worst experience ive ever encountered. Id also like to note this is my first ever review on a store or service for that matter, I only wrote this review to warn people about the changes in mcdonalds parties.

If its possible to give them a minus 5 stars i would. A broken toy can be returned or refunded - a birthday party is a day not a purchased item it cant be fixed. They cant even bribe me with a free item to forgive their services. Everyone was brought together for this one day and it was a...

Really bad experience, firstly when I tried to order my food on the kiosks, 2 out of 3 did not function at all, the only working one was incredibly slow and hard to use Then when I finally placed my order after messing around with it for 5 minutes I did not get a receipt, so I went to the counter to let them know my number, stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for a staff member to assist me, they finally went up to the counter, the staff member was not polite and just seemed like she wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible, then I waited for over 10 minutes to get my food, during this time I went to the rest room and it was incredibly dirty, there was mess all on the floor, walls and roof

The food was good, the rest of my experience was horrible Only use the drive through, I went to the drive through the day before and it was great, fast and kind, going inside is a bad idea I go to maccas all the time and have spent a lot there, I have over 30k points and usually really enjoy it, this specific store just gave me a really bad experience Not coming back unless...

To finish of a great weekend my 18yr old daughter and I decided a midnight snack at maccas in midland would be a good way to finish the weekend b4 the monday morning blues,, the food we received at around 12.30am wasnt even fit for a dog. Both our burgers looked like somthing scrapped of the floor ,thrown onto a hot plate then between 2 chunks of what was a bread roll a few days ago.. the chips were not much better. The frozen cokes we ordered was the only thing that wasnt screwed up. There were no napkins in with the order so all the extra sauce that was thrown into the so called burgers ended up every were in the car.. Midland maccas, i will not ever order a meal from your place and with any chance i get i will bag your food and premises.. 5 star rating im trying to find a point 02 rating and thats only for the drink.. 4.30am and my guts is still churning..
