Tasty chicken and rice dish. However, food experience was all put off by the service. After sitting down shortly, we were cold due to the air-con straight above. We told one waitress and she came back and replied she turned it off for us. Shortly after ordering, my kids mentioned it was still very cold and by then my husband and myself all felt very cold still. So I asked very politely if we could sit at the table at the front of the house that the waitress took us to at the begging after we entered the restaurant. After the waitress walking away to ask, an other waitress seemed to be in charge came back and told us only outside seats are available when half of the inside tables both bbq and normal tables were empty. I asked:” how about the table at the front you originally wanted us to seat at? We preferred to sit more inside before but now this one is too cold for us and we just don’t want to get sick after eating here.” The waitress in charge said that table was booked in less than an hour, you have to finish eating in an hour. We have just ordered by then. Eventually we agreed and stood up to be relocated to the front table. And as we were sitting down at the new table, the waitress in charge said:” If by 8 you don’t finish, I will pack all your food up and you go!”Came 8 o’clock, half of the restaurant were still empty including the table just beside us at the front. During requesting to change tables we were told two of the tables were booked at 7:30 and the one we finally seated at were booked at 8:00. Our desert Thai milk tea shaved ice also came to the table missing the bubble balls and the whipped cream and we were going let it go but the eating experience was just not the same so half way through we questioned, the girl said they ran out of the bubble balls in the picture and offered mango and peach balls instead. Shouldn’t it be mentioned to us before it was served? I didn’t want to make this review and just let the whole experience go originally but this is the worst restaurant experience we ever had. We think it is fair and good to let everyone one know. The waitress in charge could had a bad day herself yesterday or she was just hungry for power and authority but the way we were treated was really lack of minimum respect and almost on the border of harassment and bullying. Read moreFood was fantastic, no complaints there at all. Everything we ordered was delicious, we ordered 3 mains and an appetizer with extra salad to share between 2 hungry adults and finished all of it. Might have over-ordered a bit, but the food was too tasty to leave behind 😂
Atmosphere was so-so. Only 1 heater was on in our corner of outdoor seating, shared between 5 tables, so my side of our table was cold. The other heater was off, but several diners seated near it could smell gas... 😳😳
Service - Could've been a LOT better. The process basically went like this: Rocked up without a booking, told to sit outside. Sat for 10 minutes and nothing happened, had to go back in to chase down some menus. Why not just give us a few menus the first time? You would think the restaurant would have enough copies of their own menu?
Food arrived fairly quickly considering how busy the place was, but if you need to attract the attention of a waitress, don't even bother. You won't be able to. We tried, and failed miserably. Wanted to order another drink during our meal, couldn't wave one down, couldn't be bothered to walk to the bar inside to order one, didn't want to register/install stuff on my phone just to use QR-code ordering, so drank the jug of free table water instead...
Overall impressions: We would definitely eat there again, but would need to book an inside table in advance - no more impromptu dinner decisions. And no 2nd drink orders during the meal unfortunately.

When most of the food we ordered arrived, we started eating but then 30 minutes after our stew has not arrived. We were told to wait and we waited for another 15 minutes, we decided to ask if we could just cancel it since we were almost done with our food anyway. The wait for the stew was too long for us cause we would like to enjoy the stew together with the other menu we ordered. Anyway, when I call on the staff she acted like she was lazy to serve us but I kept my cool and ask to cancel the stew order and then another staff came and said we can’t cancel as the stew was coming. At this point my boyfriend got annoyed and start stating that we had waited 45 minutes for the stew now we couldn’t even enjoy it with other menu that we ordered but then the staff said, ‘we bring the food one by one and you are not the only customer here’ hmm we spent over $120 to get treated like this. I know in the end they said ‘sorry’ too many times but I don’t think they should treated us impolitely at the first place. It feels like we paying to be treated this way and it’s not okay. They should handle paying customers better or were they just bias? I’m not sure. Hopefully they serve better.
