Ordered our meals and the large coke not full asked the elderly lady serving if she could fill and she said she couldn’t it’s automatically done my husband said they are expensive I would like a full one please and she started banging on how she would get in trouble but filled it after some great fuss. We then proceeded to eat our meal at a table and she was calling us stupid and immitating my husband loud enough to be heard throughout the restaurant I asked her not to bag us and maybe wait until the customer had left before you do she kept going on and then another lady I can only assume was the manager as she did not introduce herself came out and did eventually ask the lady to stop banging on but at no stage were we offered an apology for this appalling behaviour and treatment of a customer. My husband did say I think they are about $6 at which time she corrected him and barked “No only $4.75” I’m sorry but that’s is still expensive and a filling the cup to the fill line is not too much to ask. my husband also went up after the second time she mocked him and asked her to stop also. As for the appalling behaviour of your staff member who persisted even after being asked not to, well that too was handled poorly she should have at the very least been made to apologise! The other lady just disappeared as quickly as she appeared, also poor form! My husband is a very regular customer of McDonalds and chose to spend his money at your establishment rather than go to a local cafe. We are visitors from interstate and until this episode where having a lovely time in your town this experience has left a very sour taste in our mouths and we will be spending our money elsewhere in the town...

Unfortunately, it was the worst experience we’ve had at a McDonald’s.

From the moment we arrived, the girl working at the cashier and front window was extremely rude. We couldn’t find the milk options on the self-service screens, so we approached the counter to place our order. It seemed she didn’t like that because when I didn’t immediately hear her question about the coffee size due to the noise inside, she screamed at me as if I were stupid and couldn’t understand her.

After placing our orders, my coffee arrived first. I had specifically ordered it without syrup or sugar, but it was full of sugar. Naturally, I asked for a replacement. When the girl returned with my corrected coffee alongside another order, she threw everything onto the counter and simply called out an order number, leaving me to guess whether the coffee was mine.

When my second coffee arrived with my husband’s order, we took a sip and were shocked to find that someone had put salt in our drinks. It was clear that this was intentional and meant to mock us. When we complained, the girl claimed it must have been “salted caramel syrup.” However, my order was supposed to be plain coffee with milk and ice—no syrups at all.

For my third remake, the drink no longer had salt, but by that point, we had lost all trust. My husband’s frappé was also noticeably smaller than the first one. Given that staff were comfortable putting salt in my coffee, what would stop them from spitting in our drinks or doing something worse? In the end, we had no choice but to throw...

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. With old cold and stale food to the poor customer service, I would rather travel another 30 minutes to my travel to go to another McDonald’s. There is one old lady there who screams at any customer if they tell her she isn’t doing her job correctly and tells customers to shutup. Continuously misplaced and incorrect orders, and if you don’t park close enough to the window instead of the employees doing their job and using the portable stick to pay, they expect you to open your door and walk to the window in the drive though. They make you feel as You are the worst person in the world for it too. all employees are constantly standing around talking not working, hence the massive lines all the time through this McDonald’s. The children working DO NOT care and are there for the money. This is the only McDonald’s I’ve visited that refuse to give you a large cup of water with ice, even if you purchase a meal they will refuse to give you a large cup even when the customer offers to pay extra.. normally other McDonald’s charge $0.50c a for a large cup of water with ice and some other mcdoanlds do it for free, this is the only McDonald’s that refused outright. Even if you purchase a large meal they will still refuse a large cup of water with ice. I have had many arguments with the manger of this establishment and the manger is horrible and needs to be replaced...
