I went there this morning 28/4/2024 and went through the driveway service at 8.30an and found that I had to repeatedly tell the girl my order three times and each time she repeated it was wrong, and when I arrive to check the order again and explain that it was still wrong she told me that is the burger I am talking about..... In fact I was after a mighty muffin 2 of which the menu board was not working correctly and one screen out... So I described what I was after and again this young blonde hair lady said its a big breakie meal... I was totally put off by this girl and after questioning her about what I was after she again said its a big breakie burger.... When it was meant to be the 2 mighty muffins rather than 2 big breakie burgers.... This is a lack of NOT understanding the breakfast menu and costing customers unnecessary expenditure..... Total lack of consideration for customer service.... At this McDonald's and this is NOT the first time we have encountered this as we are locals.... and fed up with the customer service you provide...... Please get your staff to understand the customers and rather stand over and tell them what you think it is..... Totally disrespectful.... This cost us more than it should have and if they listen and respect the customers this wouldn't happen..... Customer service training is lacking big time in this establishment..... We will be telling all our locals about this and your establishment needs to put your staff through better customers service as we teach them Not to cut people off when they are explaining there orders more respect and better efficiency for all..... Rather than saying Is that All..... Several times over...
Read moreI get that McDonald’s is trying to get everyone to use the screens to make an order because it’s 2020 and it’s the future but you can’t forget the basics of food service. so I do 1 better I use my own phone to get a table service put through. That’s the best part of this visit.
The barrister walked around 3 time’s looking for table 106 which I was sitting on. How can you expect quality of service if the person trying to find the table number doesn’t actually know where the tables are situated in the restaurant?
I thought it was a one off but I was wrong the person bringing my food also couldn’t find table 106 🤦🏾♂️ I had to get my tray from the counter because he gave up. On top of that I didn’t get 4 items from my order and they didn’t realise till I went to the front counter. But the whole point of this restaurant set up is table service/screens 🤦🏾♂️. I ordered chips without salt they got that wrong not once but twice it wasn’t worth creating drama 🎭.
Besides the service how do you expect me to eat inside when the temperature is set to 18 degrees? Whoever is managing this establishment needs to actually retrain the young staff and pay attention to details otherwise I won’t stop here on the way back from...

When I pulled up to the window, Aiden greeted me with a genuine smile and my order was ready almost instantly. He meticulously checked that all items were present and correct, and the food was hot and fresh, exactly as I expected. Beyond his efficiency, Aiden's friendly demeanor and positive attitude were truly remarkable. He engaged briefly, making the interaction feel personalized rather than purely transactional.
